While on a bike ride in hot July, we came across a homeless woman who seemed to be in distress. No one seemed to even notice her. As we were coming up to her, I asked if she needed anything and she flagged me on. This event really hit me that most of the time I choose to ignore the homeless. This scene stylistically depicts the beauty of Southern California, people enjoying their lives and the fact that there are the less fortunate which we seem to ignore. Are they in our way or are they the way to opening our hearts?
