Just received the downpayment for a bronze life size portrait. The size will be 24" tall by 22"wide. Can't wait to get my hands in the clay, but first cleaning up studio from other projects debris.
Met with the collector to take photos and measurements. The picture above shows my studio set up. The collector wants a smooth finish on the sculpture so I will be using an oil based clay. In order to work the clay, which is very stiff when cold, I will use the studio microwave to heat it up. I have the images on my iPad with measurements and drawings I'm my sketchbook.
